Knowledge Retreat 2011 - Journey to Allah
A NEXUS-APAC powered event
Objectives of the Retreat
The Knowledge Retreat 2011 - Journey to Allah, is part of Al-Ghazzali Centre's Academy program. The Retreats organised or co-facilitated by Al-Ghazzali Centre have always been, and will continue to be, a facilitation of high-level learning of the Sacred Knowledge, based on classical texts. The program is aimed to be inspiring, awakening and reflective so that the learning is (hopefully) easily able to be put into practice. In other words, the retreats, whilst set in very comfortable and informal setting, are not a weekend camp of just fun and BBQs (although that itself is not too bad a thing!), but a real retreat from the busyness of the material life, into a period of personal review and development based on deep reflections on the Prophetic Teachings disseminated by the most dynamic and qualified international Scholars and Teachers.
Al-Ghazzali Centre's Retreats are in line with its overall objectives.

Relaxation and social gatherings is never forgotten in the planning of our retreats. A highly ethical setting is created for adults to be part of a community of Seekers of Sacred Knowledge in a meaningful, friendly, fun and non-confronting environment. Our only aspiration is that all attendees of the Retreat find all means possible in order to return home with a firm resolution to take immediate steps to journey to the nearness of Allah, The Magnificent, The Majestic.
