• - All interstate and international travellers must be present at the pick-up location (to be provided to confirmed attendees) at Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport. Please make arrangement of your flights to allow for customs clearance, baggage pick-up and the like. Bus will depart (latest 12pm) without any person not at the pick-up location.

• - Scheduled arrival at retreat. All attendees are requested to establish their rooms and settle down until 'Asr. - Registration issues resolved
